Provisional guest terms

Last updated: 17 July 2026

Important: These are sensible launch-stage website terms, not a substitute for legal and maritime advice. They should be reviewed once the yacht’s ownership, insurance, flag, skipper arrangement and commercial or private-use model are confirmed.

Expressions of interest

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking, guarantee an invitation or create an obligation to pay. An experience is confirmed only when the organiser has provided written details and all required conditions have been accepted.

Skipper’s authority and safety

The skipper has final authority over the vessel, departure, route, activities and return. Guests must attend the safety briefing, follow instructions promptly and act responsibly aboard.

Weather and operational changes

Sailing is affected by weather, sea state, port restrictions, vessel readiness and other factors outside the organiser’s control. Plans may be changed, shortened, postponed or cancelled whenever safety or operational judgement requires it.

Guest suitability

Guests must disclose any mobility, medical, dietary or other issue that may affect safe participation. The organiser or skipper may decline participation where a person’s condition, behaviour, equipment or level of intoxication could create a risk.

Alcohol and conduct

Responsible behaviour is required. The skipper may restrict alcohol or refuse boarding where necessary for safety. Harassment, dangerous behaviour, illegal activity and conduct that disrupts other guests are not accepted.

Clothing and personal belongings

Guests should follow joining instructions regarding footwear, sun protection, clothing and luggage. Personal belongings remain the guest’s responsibility unless the law provides otherwise.

Images and confidentiality

No guest is required to appear in promotional content without permission. Business conversations should be treated with discretion, although Mystere cannot guarantee that every conversation aboard will be confidential unless a specific written agreement is made.

Insurance and liability

Final booking terms should identify the vessel operator, relevant insurance and any lawful limitations of liability. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
